Our creative instructors are constantly learning and innovating so that we can put together the best combination of exercises to make you feel incredible in your body.

BU Essentials

60 MINUTES (All-Levels)

This is a great place to start! BU Essentials will introduce you to the form and formatting of a barre class while moving slowly and safely. If you have never taken a barre class before, or are returning after an injury or long hiatus, this is the class for you. This is also a great class for regulars to find deep engagement and as a cross-training from other formats to get back to the essentials!

BU Barre

60 MINUTES (All-Levels)

BU Barre is our classic barre class. This is suitable for all levels and abilities and provides tons of support to meet you where you are! In this full-body workout, you will move intentionally and dynamically through each muscle group. You will be challenged and uplifted as you strengthen, condition, and improve your flexibility while focusing first on form and alignment.

BU Barre45

45 MINUTES (All-Levels)

BU Barre45 is open to all levels and is a fast-paced and dynamic workout! Building on our classic barre class, BU Barre45 adds a cardio component and moves a bit more swiftly to make the most of your time and still cover every major (and minor!) muscle group! This class combines high-intensity, low-impact, intervals with static holds to work your heart as a muscle.

BU Barre+

60 MINUTES (Intermediate-to-Advanced)

The best of both worlds! Barre+ is a one-hour, class that combines the stabilizing work of BU Barre with the faster-paced, cardio work of a Barre45 and Energy class. You will get the same strengthening, deep burn, and abdominal-heavy work you expect from barre with additional full range of movement, and heart-rate lifting sprints interspersed throughout.

BU Energy

45 MINUTES (Intermediate-to-Advanced)

This challenging (and fun!) class will have your heart pumping as you move rhythmically, in large range, faster paced movements safely. BU Energy delivers the most efficient full body strengthening and cardiovascular workout. The low-impact, high intensity format of BU Energy is the secret sauce to igniting your muscles, elevating your heart rate, while maintaining your best postural alignment!
